• Full responsibility of SIG Group companies’ accounting, including taxation, payroll, financial reposts preparation etc.
• Responsibility for accounting part implementation of a new ERP system;
• Leading and organizing work of an accounting team of 4 persons and constantly growing;
• Adjustment of existing accounting procedures and processes to the best industry standards;
• Keeping the books in accordance with applicable regulations in accordance with LT GAAP;
• Close cooperation and direct report to Group CFO;
• Supervision over the accounting, financial reporting and tax settlement systems;
• Analysis of accounting and organizational processes and initiating actions to improve them;
• Participation in financial reporting, including preparation of reports according to LT GAAP and IFRS;
• Preparation of financial input necessary to conclude loan agreements, insurance policies and other contracts;
• Reporting to auditors, banks and external institutions;
• Daily cooperation with other departments at different levels of the organizational structure.

• A higher education (finance, accounting);
• At least 5-8 years of experience in accounting;
• Experience as chief accountant or deputy chief accountant in a large entity;
• Very good knowledge of LT GAAP, Lithuanian tax law and principles of IFRS;
• Experience preparing financial statements, tax returns;
• Analytical skills, organization and attention to detail;
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in construction companies;
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation, MDR reporting.

Our offer: Salary ranges for this position are from 3500 – 4700 Eur brutto (i.e. before taxes).
