Join our team as a Compliance Officer!

Being part of the Pan-Baltic Compliance organisation, Conduct, Ethics and Reputation Department in Compliance Division is looking for a new team member – Compliance Officer who will have an opportunity to stand up, bring out their best and make the change in conflict of interest, information barriers and anti-bribery as well as anti-corruption topics.

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to building Conduct area in Compliance Division
  • Proactively manage compliance risks on conflict of interest with particular focus on personal transactions, information barriers and anti-bribery as well as anti-corruption across Luminor Group
  • Provide advice and guidance to all business lines
  • Contribute to Compliance Risk Assessment and Compliance Action Plan
  • Conduct Compliance reviews and write reports
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions
  • Ensure high quality deliveries and stakeholder management


Skills and experience:

  • Higher education in Law, finance, economics or similar field
  • Solid background and experience (3+ years) in banking and finance or similar area
  • Full working proficiency of English (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way
  • High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
  • Work experience in a bank’s legal, compliance or audit function or law firm would be an advantage
