Your responsibilities will include:

Consult colleagues and handle various legal processes (e.g., GDPR, IP, IT, general compliance issues, consumer and product liability, product labelling and advertising, corporate and employment law)
Draft, review and negotiate agreements (SaaS, distribution, licensing, DP agreements, etc.) and other legal documents (C&D letters, claims)
Monitor possible infringement of company’s IP rights and take relevant actions
Support patent attorneys with IP registration procedures
Draft, review and/or develop internal corporate documents (procedures, guidelines, etc.) and other legal documents and ensure compliance
Conduct legal analysis on a variety of legal issues
Prepare and deliver trainings to colleagues on GDPR topics
Coordination with subsidiaries legal teams in Baltic countries and Sweden.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

University degree in Law
3+ years legal experience
A proven track record in GDPR
Thirst for IT environment and technology
Critical thinking
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and be highly organized
Excellent written and oral negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of Lithuanian & English languages

It would be an advantage if you have:

Knowledge in corporate law, IP, IT, or product liability
