Sensus Aero is a family member of Avia Solutions Group, the largest aerospace business group from Central & Eastern Europe with 83 offices and production stations providing aviation services and solutions worldwide. Sensus Aero team is looking for professionals, who would enjoy working with Airport new-gen products and technologies like AI, VR and help companies at the Airports worldwide to solve their issues. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans, goals and budgets. Identification of resources needed
• Full implementation of ERP and day-to-day aviation services management systems in Airports
• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results and performance
• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications
• Directly communicating with the clients and periodically checking the project health-status
• Managing expectations for the delivery of the project and escalating issues on deadlines as early as possible senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken

Requirements:

• Very good English skills (both verbal and written) other languages would be a benefit
• Result and customer oriented approach
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Good knowledge of MS Project or similar project management tool
• Experience in project management (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Experience in ERP or similar complex IT systems’ implementation (minimum 3 years of experience)
• PMP, Comptia Project+ would be an advantage
