Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility is to treat all patients, hold consultations and achieve sales targets, guided by the Lead Practitioner and Finance Director. Flexibility is key as we may need you to cover extra days, evenings or weekends. Strategic thinking key to ensuring targets are met.

Interacting with customers, performing facials and makeovers to convert into purchases.
Building loyal clientele - Educating customers on our products and services
Building strong relationships with members of the team and clients
Keeping the clinic clean and well maintained
Daily reports to the Finance Director
Stock management and taking of payments (includes cash handling)
Adhering to all company guidelines including but not limited to attendance & grooming.
Essential Skills Required

Proven sales ability - Meeting assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets (Commission paid on sales)
Previous experience in Beauty/Cosmetics Clinic is essential.
Confident in a clinical environment
Strong interpersonal skills – Vital in customer based roles
Conversion skills
Proactive & self-motivated
Candidate should possess good written as well as excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work alone as well as within a team
Ability & Flexibility to travel
Passion for Beauty & Health Industry

Spread over three locations across the country, we are now hiring an experienced Senior Practitioner to work at our Birmingham Clinic.

The right candidate will have a professional yet bubbly personality who can win over our customers. Good attitude, dress sense and style wins at our place as we cater for the high end market.

Role:

Lead consultations with new clients and be able to offer treatment plans based on their needs.

To treat our patients for treatments like;

Fillers

Botox

Other technical treatments

The opportunity to travel across our clinics will also be available as well as necessary at some point in time.
