Office administrator

LW group is looking for a positive, sociable but also responsible and independent administrator who could help our team to go through happy and difficult times.

As administrator your tasks would be:

• Ordering office supplies, keeping inventory and office equipment, greeting visitors, responding to mails, phone calls, etc.
• Ensuring successful office operations and a positive atmosphere
• Ensuring smooth internal and external communication
• Organising office events with HR department;
• Other incomming tasks from colleagues

Requirements

• Higer education
• English and Russian (preferred) languages ​​(A2 level)
• Etiquette and written and oral communication skills
• Good planning, work organization skills, ability to allocate priorities
• Have positive attitude
• Enjoy working alone and with people
• Experience is not required but would be an advantage
