The Loan Specialist will join Loan Origination Lithuania Team which is part of Loan Processing Unit. In this unit we are responsible for processing credit operations in timely manner and in highest quality. We reach out to create a positive experience for the customers each time we have a chance. At the same time, we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs of existing and future customers.
Responsibilities:
- Produce defined high-quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within functional area
- Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
- Independently solve typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity
- Prepare credit agreements/amendments and related documents (for private clients) and book signed credit agreements/amendments into the system
- Contribute to improvement of work processes and improve customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas
- Assist other teams in troubleshooting/resolving tasks
Skills and experience:
- University, College degree in business, finance, mathematics or banking
- High responsibility, preciseness and accuracy
- Strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proactive work approach and fast learning ability
- Very good English and Lithuanian speaking and writing skills
- Interest in Loan area (knowledge in this area will be considered as advantage)
