In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:- Run local launches of digital development projects and initiatives, including creation of new and changes in existing business processes, responsibility on internal documentation and regulations, internal and external user information, business and user testing, quality assurance, feedback gathering and administration of bug fixing;
- Keep and upgrade processes related to internet and mobile banking services, authentication means, digital signing, notification services;
- Ensure administrative processes such as business continuity management, vendor relationship, contract management, auditing, and security related processes;
- Act as lead for local streams in lifecycle updates and enhancements;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, educate internal counterparties on any that may impact financial digital services, follow continuous legal environment changes and compliance of operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial, payment or related area digital solutions, enthusiasm in a usage of digital services;
- Legal area knowledge (PSD2, eIDAS, Outsourcing, GDPR etc.) or capability to work with EU and local level legislation acts;
- Experience in project management or strong contribution in past projects;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment – yes, fast-changing technologies, active multi-tasking, multi-cultural teams;
- Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
- Professional excellence orientation and high focus on user and service quality;
- Fluent English and Lithuania, written and spoken.
