My name is Milda, and I am running Digital Strategy and Planning Team at Telia. We are looking for a driven person passionate about all-things Digital and change communication for an internship opportunity!

We are a fun diverse team of specialists located in Lithuania, Vilnius. Our team leads Telia Lithuania's strategic Digital agenda, aiming to provide Customers a top experience across Telia Digital sales and services channels. The success of these changes relies on a well thought-through change management and internal change communication.

Your next challenge?

The main internship focus is change communication support – you will be responsible for developing Digital change communication content, which would reach the entire organization in a form of internal articles, posts and so on. 

Your team will be a cross-functional team of experts working in Digital product management, development, online sales, marketing and so on.

Is it you?

• Passionate about all-things Digital and Customer Experience
• Eager to improve and / or gain new skills in Change communication area
• Positive and energetic person
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Have great communication skills
• Attentive to detail, organized, and results-oriented
• You are willing to dedicate 2 – 3 months to the internship

This is a paid internship of a gross salary of 800 Eur (gross) per month.
