REQUIREMENTS

Able to identify priorities to ensure the recruitment process runs excellently
Able to meet deadlines
Flexible to use various recruitment tools to headhunt candidates of different positions
Has a high focus on work and can work with several positions at once
Has a strong sense of responsibility
Quick to learn new recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
English proficiency (B2 and above, written and verbal)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Orientation to details and accuracy
Bachelor’s degree or with an equivalent combination of education and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work together with the team to smoothen the recruitment process in the company
Headhunt candidates that fit the requirements of the position raised within the allocated time
Pay attention to requests from Key Account Managers to work on new positions
Use recruitment tools for headhunting candidates
Write emails and messages to candidates throughout the whole recruitment process
Communicate with colleagues and team directly for smooth internal communication
Interview arrangement and coordination between potential candidates and internal clients/project teams
Able to interview potential candidates for managerial positions
Work well with the HR Team for the employment documentation and onboarding process of hired candidates

ADVANTAGES

Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms like MeetFrank, CVOnline, LinkedIn, and Upwork and able to utilize them accordingly
Has good knowledge in Information and Technology
