We are growing and looking for a Junior Operations Specialist who will join our Corporate Actions team.
As a Junior Operations Specialist, you would continuously face challenges since investigations are a big part of the day. You would be responsible for the entire process of our clients’ participation in General Meetings, from handling meeting notices to making sure that clients’ votes are accepted.
You would quickly expand your network as you would be expected to collaborate with other departments, both locally and globally.
In this position, you might be offered a permanent contract or one-year contract with the possibility to secure a permanent position at Danske Bank.
You will:
- Ensure clients’ successful participation in General Meetings
- Handle customer inquiries, providing quick and precise responses
- Continuously look for ways to automate processes and improve customer service
- Participate in new system implementation
- Proactively participate in Banks’ inside projects
About you:
- Higher education degree
- Work experience in a back-office /custody area (handling Proxy Voting would be considered an advantage)
- SWIFT knowledge would be regarded as a plus
- Attention to quality and details
- Result orientation
- Ability to learn quickly with a systematic and structured approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills in addition to being a friendly and easy-going person – our team will love you
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1280 EUR to 1920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
