Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Management: provide direct management and support to Corporate Systems team in Vilnius
Salesforce production support and management: ensure that all cases submitted are assigned and resolved in a timely fashion, manage production change deployments and communications for Salesforce releases
Salesforce change oversight: oversee the Vilnius team to ensure configuration and customization is performed following best practices and with quality
Perform Salesforce configuration and customization: as a Salesforce administrator take a portion of the change work needed, document and test the changes
Support Global Corporate Systems: understand business processes and Salesforce production functionality, provide input to design, requested or planned changes
Manage Salesforce environment: manage all add on apps used in Salesforce, work with vendors in selection and purchase of needed tools and management of those tools

Requirements:

Experience of leading, supervising or managing a technical team
Experience in Salesforce administration
Proficient level of English verbal and written is a must
Experience in managing Salesforce configuration and customizations, including Apex
Deep level of understanding of administration of CRM applications [Zendesk, SalesForce, Jira, 3rd party integrations (Mulesoft, Cameo, Azuqua, etc.)]
Experience working with Confluence and Jira a plus
Experience with DevOps tools a plus, specifically Gearset
Experience in working with Mulesoft integrations a plus
Work experience with SQL or other databases is desirable, including experience with data loads and data migrations
Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to business
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail and time management
Strong Team Player but also a Self-Starter
