Responsibilities

As owner of Inspect and Adapt functions in Unique X Software Development Lifecycle you will:
• Be providing support to development teams by removing bottlenecks, managing external dependencies, and coaching on process requirements to ensure their autonomous and efficient delivery.
• Run efficient retrospective workshops.
• Build, monitor and evaluate team KPI’s.
• Ensure uninterrupted information flow between team and other departments.
• Upkeep Software Development Lifecycle and provide training for team members.
• Work with Information Security Office to ensure development process meet but are not limited by compliance requirements.
• Focus team on delivering value to the customer.

Requirements:
Someone that has strong people and organisational skills would be a great fit to a very dynamic and open working environment which is not limited by country or continent borders.

Essential Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for Agile practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience organizing Agile teams (At least 1 year).
• Experience in Software Development Environment.

Desired (but not essential)

• Experience with Atlassian or equivalent toolset (E.q Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to ISO 27001 or other information security standard implementation.
• Understanding of Project management or PMO practices is a plus.
