·Manage documents (service contracts, bills, employee documentation, etc.)
·Make sure that office operates smoothly
·Coordinate office activities and some reception duties
·Assist with the implementation and compliance of Health & Safety and security measures
·Maintain office standards by tracking, ordering, restocking, and coordinating office maintenance
·Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency

·Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information
·Proficiency in computer use
·Fluent written and spoken English skills
·Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
·Ability to quickly find best price and quality good for the company
·Relevant experience or good knowledge of Labor Law would be considered as an advantage
