Join the DevOps organization for Nasdaq Corporate IT. The main objective for
the Corporate IT team in Vilnius is to design, build and operate state-of-the-art services and systems for Nasdaq. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements and supporting rearchitecture of the enterprise systems used by Nasdaq.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Senior Microsoft Administrator, your focus will be designing, developing, implementing, and supporting hybrid directory services. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Vilnius, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
· Configure, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft Active Directory \ Hybrid AAD environment including globally distributed Windows domain controllers. Manage Group Policy with adherence to CIS standards, and Sites and Services Topology tuning.
· Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, CAS, EM+S, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online, and M365.
· Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application and Networking Services to support growth into the cloud.
· Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.)
· Own the business relationship with Microsoft account team to ensure we are taking advantage of all of Microsoft’s training, sales support, and other offerings.
· Recommend, develop, plan, manage, implement, and fully document IT projects.
· Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets
· Manage and respond to escalated client inquiries
· Research products and new technologies to increase the efficiency of business and operations
· Be the escalation point for other IT Systems Engineers and Service Desk Engineers
· Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format
We expect you to have
· Minimum 5 years experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft365 services
· Formal education in IT preferred
· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Very detail-oriented in planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up

· Comfortable working with a variety of clients, other consultants, and HW/SW vendors
