As a BMC Remedy Administration Specialist you will manage enterprise tools used within Nasdaq's technology organization. This includes support users, do troubleshooting and implement improvements to meet company and user expectations.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage end user support
• Perform problem management
• Provide operational support for the solutions and related services, such as servers, databases, integrations, on premise as well as in cloud services
• Work with internal and external clients to supply efficient solutions
• Implement improvements on top of the solutions
• Administer and maintain security of solution
• Perform recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitor automated processes
• Monitor solutions for Performance management and Capacity plan
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Computer Science, MIS or other related discipline
• At least few years of similar work experience
• Administration of and development on relevant platforms such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, BMC Discovery
• Familiar with process automation and scripting
This is a full time maternity cover position located in Nasdaq's Vilnius office. As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
Monthly salary (gross) from 2500 to 3200 EUR, other bonuses apply.
A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
