Currently we are looking for IT Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with central Procurement team to ensure seamless execution of S2C (Source to Contract) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
• Be the main point of contact for the business and execute procurement requests (within authority levels)
• Execute P2P process in line with Yara buying rules
• Create Purchase Orders (PO), communicate relevant information to suppliers, and address invoice issues
• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of relevant data in procurement systems (mainly SAP)
• Continuously aim to reduce manual work where possible and seek out process improvements
• Be a role model of Yara culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority, including Yara’s Corporate social responsibility and code of conduct

Profile

• Higher education degree. Bachelor degree in business or supply chain related subject is a plus
• Work experience related to procurement will be treated as an advantage. Experience in indirect procurement or IT is a plus
• Development and career progression

• Structured, good organizational skills and service minded
• Professional attitude towards colleagues and suppliers across different cultures and professions
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English
• Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer base salary from 1458 Eur to 2187 Eur/month gross (before taxes).
