We are looking for Operations Specialists with English/Norwegian/Swedish and multi-level competencies to become members of dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

About you:

• Able to work full or part time
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and/or Norwegian/Swedish;
• Experience with MS Office package;
• Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
• Quick learner and good problem solver;
• Attention to details.

Salary range:

1100 - 1950 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
