What You Will Do:
- Draw and design stuff for everything digital and offsite: ads, websites, emails, posters, merch – you name it;
- Work on Oxylabs employee branding;
- Focus on driving Oxylabs to become #1 place to work;
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams;
- Contribute to and maintain a shared design system;
- Learn from colleagues who are creating leading products worldwide.
What We Expect:
- You can create illustrations from scratch, you just need a basic idea;
- Strong illustration skills;
- Your mind is like an...what’s the word? Idea hurricane?
- You can take direction and work as a team player;
- You handle Adobe Illustrator like Neymar handles the ball, (having Figma skills is a strong plus);
- Experience working with Design Systems is a strong plus too;
- You have skills. Great visual communication skills;
- You are able to give and receive feedback;
- You have a savage sense of humor.
