  • Sales of oil-free & oil-injected compressors, dryers, industrial gas generators, chillers, ancillaries, and low-pressure blowers;
  • Create yearly sales and action plans for the region;
  • Map new potential customers in Lithuania and Latvia;
  • Keep CRM up to date in line with company instructions;
  • Monthly reporting to Regional Oil-free Business Line Manager of sales value, sales and action plan executions;
  • Strong co-operation with other divisions colleagues (Service & Equipment);
  • Technical consultancy for existing and new customers in their compressed air needs;
  • Proactive self-learning on Atlas Copco and competitor products and services.


  • Technical and / or commercial education;
  • Convincing background on B2B sales (preferably technical sales);
  • In addition to fluent Lithuanian language, English language is a must (written & oral), Russian and/or Latvian language is a benefit;
  • Excellent MS Office skills;
  • An active approach and a result-oriented attitude every day;
  • Genuine interest in customer needs;
  • Ability to work under pressure and good organizational skills;
  • Driver license and willingness to travel in the Lithuania and Latvia, Finland, and other European countries.
