Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute employer branding campaigns
Analyze candidate journey, address concerns and objections at scale
Own career page, create and maintain user friendly and informative content for ambitious jobseekers
Support hiring managers and HR, contribute to engaging storytelling, job descriptions and creative supporting content
Take care of Revel’s presence in the IT community - organize and attend meetups/conferences/workshops
Cooperate with universities and create long term relationships/partnerships
Stay on top of competition and trends, investigate new ways to attract highly skilled talent for critical roles
Prepare visuals and marketing materials - in cooperation with designers and marketing

Requirements:

1-3 years of general marketing experience; employer branding role would be an advantage
Ability to lead and execute large scale projects with multiple stakeholders on your own is crucial
Fluent Lithuanian and English
Ability to connect with employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews
Passion for recruiting and employer branding
Experience in building and leading campaigns and projects from strategy through execution and optimization
Proven hands-on experience in content creation, messaging, and event management
Analytical skills to experiment, track, and measure 
Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by results and getting things done
Ability to communicate efficiently, authentically and transparently
