I am Eglė Sonata Padagaitė, Head of MHS team, Prepaid & Postpaid and I am looking for a new team member. We are a part of Telia Lithuania Consumer Pricing and Offering department, and our target is to bring best mobile services to our customers.

Your next challenge?

We are looking for a Prepaid & Postpaid Service Manager to join us in Vilnius. You would take a position of two main mobile services of Telia and with the help of all Pricing & Offering department will focus on controlling and developing mobile services portfolio

Your key responsibilities would be:

  • Prepaid & postpaid service management and improvement
  • Prepaid & postpaid pricing & offering
  • Development of product & portfolio strategy
  • Business planning and forecasting
  • Preparation of service business reviews
  • Offering campaigns management

Daily, you will have to work closely within Pricing & Offering department, but the main expectation for a new team member is the ability to work with a large team of different departments in the organization. The work agenda will need to be balanced between two main mobile service areas with slightly different market models, thus agility and ownership of both services will be needed.

Who are you:

You are responsible, communicative and data driven person who thinks strategically and values collaboration. Additionally, you are determined on achieving results, curious about new things and looking for creative ways of enhancing mobile offering always thinking about the customer first.

Your experience:

  • Few years experience in services / product development / project management
  • You are able to analyze large data sets, build business cases and provide constructive insights
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work between teams and stakeholders
  • You are results-oriented, receptive, positive and strive for improvement
  • Easy to communicate with and enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge
  • You are structured and methodical in your approach to new tasks
  • You have a university degree
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

We offer a monthly base salary from 2800-4000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
