Business manager for A2P messaging service

I am Giedrius Jasonas, Head of ICT product development and solution pricing team and I am looking for new team member. We are a part of Telia Lithuania Enterprise division, and our target is to bring best ICT services for B2B clients.

Your next challenge?

We are looking for a Business manager for A2P messaging service  to join us in Vilnius. You would take a position in a solid and efficient ICT product management team that manages all B2B services in Telia Lithuania service portfolio.

Your key responsibilities would be:

• Service management and improvement
• Pricing
• Development of service portfolio strategy
• Preparation of service business reviews
• Sales team support
• Sales team training and consulting
• Participation in the biggest sales deals
• Development of technical tools for the service

Daily, you will have to work with our colleagues, but there will always be an opportunity to participate in meetings with customers, it is always important to see the end-user - the customer. The main expectation for a new team member is the ability to work with a large team of different departments in the organization. The work agenda will need to balance the service's compliance with the requirements of business customers and the competitive environment, but also maintain the organization's technological and financial guidelines.

At the same time, you are a team player close to engaging team spirit. Lack of determination to achieve results, curiosity about new things, and the use of creativity at work. And, of course, honesty and keeping your word to the customer and the team to you is a part of life.

Your experience:

• B2B services / product development
• B2B sales of services / products
• High level of competence in the field of ICT - an advantage
• You are able to analyze large data sets and provide constructive insights
• Excellent ability to establish and maintain relationships with managers and fellow owners at various levels of the organization
• You are results-oriented, receptive, positive and strive for improvement
• Turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

We offer a monthly base salary from 2600 – 3600 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
