Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role, you will be a part of the Western Union User Acceptance Testing team who works on strategic initiatives in ensuring software quality, by validating customers' user experience and ensuring that created software matches business requirements. As a Software Tester, you will be preparing and executing test cases, working with developers and product owners in an Agile team.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• Experience in the software testing field (QA or UAT) or software development industry.

• Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and decision-making ability.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize among many tasks while working with high accuracy.

• Previous experience with Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and experience with Test Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber) is an advantage.

The annual gross base salary range is 21,043 – 37,264 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
