We'll look to you to lead and assist on projects across regional and global operations, tools and systems initiatives. As a part of the Product Support team, you'll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and others to identify needs, gather requirements, develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.

Your main objectives will be to:

• Ensure that all user stories are assigned a baseline and/or business value to ensure value generation and enable tracking of expected outcomes.

• Work with the IT partners to ensure that they understand the specifications to deliver a quality product to the business.

• As the primary liaison between the IT and Business end users, you will participate in the Agile development process.

• Assist in story sizing, document assumptions, conduct business demos when appropriate.

• Lead requirement review meetings with participation from relevant stakeholders.

• Partner with developers to ensure that requirements encompass the business value/outcome while providing enough actionable detail.

• Participate in training for some new features, software, or products.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree, plus 4+ years of business analysis or other relevant experience.

• Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.

• Experience or familiarity with Call Center Operations.

• Experience working with Salesforce products (preferably Service Cloud) would be a plus.

• Experience participating in IT projects developed using Agile methodologies. SAFe experience is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to achieve goals amid limited supervision.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to break down complex business requirements into understandable user stories.

• Experience working with diverse, global teams.

The annual gross base salary range is 21,410 – 39,669 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
