Better is enabled by trust and respect
Projects, escalations, and advanced services for Active Directory. Collaborate with Information Technology staff to develop and implement Active Directory security solutions, ensuring access is appropriate for Active Directory, files, servers, systems, and applications. Participate in the administration of Group Policy Objects and security policies. Research and address advanced end-user data access requests, directory and authentication issues, and security violations. Provide support and guidance and serve as a point of escalation for first- level administrators. Responsible for security tasks related to the data, systems, and applications protected by Active Directory. Complete administrative tasks, such as new, change, transfer, and delete requests for users, vendors, service accounts, and groups.

Complete assigned tasks related to backup and recovery system processes, and other Active Directory services and functions. Complete assigned compliance-related tasks, supporting access controls and minimizing risk. Ensure all communication, approval, and process steps are clearly documented in assigned issues and tasks. Ensure activities are completed timely and in accordance with regulatory and procedural guidelines. Follow escalation procedures, ensuring appropriate communication to management on a timely basis.

Assist management and other team members in documenting and maintaining effective internal control processes and procedures. Review and maintain documentation and procedures for accuracy, addressing updates and upgrades that present new visuals or processes for users. Assist with the effective security review of the security objects, operating processes, and technologies related to Active Directory on a periodic basis. Assist management and other team members with information gathering and other related tasks.

For such a detail-driven role, you will have experience with Active Directory. You will have obtained your bachelor's degree in Computer Science or information technology. You will have proven customer support experience and an understanding of business processes.

The annual gross base salary is from 33,727- 64,552 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
