Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As a Settlement Analyst, you will be a member of the Strategic Settlement Systems team responsible for capturing and defining new functionality, processes that relate to new WU projects and initiatives while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Settlement systems features or components. In this role, you may have an opportunity to support complex project work and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as and when required. You will have significant relationships and responsibilities outside the Strategic Systems team, including working with various stakeholders, Product Management teams, end-users.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• Fluent English is required both written and spoken

• A degree in accounting /process management /project management / IT

• Outstanding communication, presentation and coordination skills

• Sharp analytical skills, ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines

• Visualize process flows (diagrams)

• Experience in large multinational global programs related to the transformation of business processes would be advantageous

• Experience from business analysis, requirement management, and/or acceptance testing in large financial institutions, banks or similar fields would be advantageous.

The annual gross base salary range is 16,000– 25,150 EUR. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
