Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a member of new Strategic Systems team responsible for capturing and defining new functionality, processes that relates to new WU projects and initiatives while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Settlement systems features or components. In this role you may have an opportunity to support complex project work and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as and when required.  You will have significant relationship and responsibilities outside the Strategic Systems team, including working with various stakeholders, Product Management teams, end users.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Fluent English is required both written and spoken

  • A degree in accounting/process management/project management / IT/ business analysis

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and coordination skills

  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Ability to be a bridge between IT and business stakeholders

  • Sharp analytical skills, ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines

  • Visualize process flows (diagrams)

  • Experience in multinational global programs related to the transformation of business processes would be advantageous

  • Previous working experience in business analysis, requirement management and/or acceptance testing in a large financial institutions, banks or similar fields

The annual gross base salary range is 18,300 – 28,800 EUR. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
