Better requires process discipline and simplification
Here are some responsibilities you will have:
To be responsible for supervising chargeback/collection processes and teams for WU Digital;
Manage a team of 5 to 8 specialists, planning their workload, and driving employee development;
Train new and existing staff and ensure training documentation is up to date;
Manage chargeback and collection processes and operations, take care of reporting, monitoring, and optimizing chargeback/collection performance;
Develop, implement, and maintain new processes for both new and existing payment methods;
Work closely with various departments and vendors to maximize recovery rate and resolve issues.
Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Finance;
Proven ability to effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations;
Solid team management skills and the ability to interact with several different departments and levels of management;
Being great communicator, you'll consistently share information with management and various stakeholders to keep them up to date.

The annual gross base salary range is 24,621 – 37,225 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
