In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Implement and run various marketing projects and campaigns;
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing projects and campaigns, as well as improving their quality;
• Coordinate work with creative, media planning and social media agencies;
• Develop and maintain relations and direct communication with internal and external stakeholders and partners;
• Plan budget and control ongoing marketing projects and campaigns;
• Identify opportunities for improvement to campaign processes and assist in making these improvements.

What is needed in this role:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in project management or marketing field;
• Proven ability to effectively manage agencies work (social media, creative, PR, media);
• Analytical thinking along with ownership mindset;
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills;
• Strong time management skills, ability to clearly plan and carry out tasks on time;
• Knowledge of technologies and processes involved in marketing area;
• University degree in relevant field: marketing, business management, integrated communication or similar;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
