Requirements for candidates
- University degree or vocational education and at least 3+ years B2C activation experience or general FMCG Sales/Marketing with high affinity towards D2C (experience with HoReCa, event management would be nice to have)
- Genuine interest in challenging the status quo and exploring new ways of B2C activations
- Expert in project management, budget building, and tracking
- Clear, concise communicator with positive mindset, pragmatism and hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical thinking & able to translate business & brand objectives into creative activations
- Able to work efficiently & agile in a fast-paced environment
- Travel willingness to visit partners, venues and other suppliers is required (travelling across Lithuania)

Job description
The D2C Activation Executive (to be based either in Vilnius or Kaunas) will focus on delivering a flawless, cohesive and unique execution of the Activation strategy for all of our Client's brands and across all relevant on-the-ground touchpoints (e.g. owned & sponsored events, Pop-up concepts, Festivals, 121 activations across major Key Accounts). This role takes over drafting a compelling D2C concept (close cooperation with Shopper Marketing Agency), as well as managing the execution (indirect supervision of agency team) and reporting the results.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead own Experience & Sales driven D2C projects based on business & brand objectives (e.g. Pop-up concepts, owned events, sponsored events, 121s); leading activations through proper management of external shopper marketing agency resources (agency hosts and hostesses teams working across 5 main cities in Lithuania) - training teams' supervisors, transferring company knowledge, deciding which outlets to focus on, controlling ROI and introducing corrective actions to make sure our Client can skyrocket sales
- Develop and recommend effective, creative and innovative D2C ideas for brand’s experiences
- Ensure the on-time in-full D2C project delivery including a result-driven coordination of external agencies
- Steer and monitor each piece of assigned D2C activities, evaluate learnings and opportunities to amplify quantitative & qualitative KPIs
- Act as single point of contact for assigned D2C projects from kick off through execution to completion incl. close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Digital, Portfolio & Brand Marketing teams)
- Manage external agencies and vendors, including contract negotiation, KPI planning and evaluation
- Support the definition of future D2C activation requirements
