You have a fantastic opportunity to pursue your career as new member of the team acting in the area where attention is paid to ensuring the cash flows and accounting of the Bank are correct at all times. Your new team is an important part of the liquidity value chain, which is arguably one of the most interesting subjects in banking.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Officer in Nostro and Securities Reconciliation team who would be responsible for reconciliation data flow control focusing on the efficiency, high-quality of the services and collaboration with stakeholders, continuous process improvements.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Ensure that all daily tasks are performed according to SLA agreements
  • Act as the point of escalation on reconciliations inquiries, breaks investigations
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Drive innovation, re-engineer reconciliations process to achieve process standardization and improvement in controls
  • Drive reconciliations automation to reduce risks & increase efficiency
  • Participate in various project and initiatives within the value chain

About you:

  • Higher education (within Finance area would be an advantage)
  • Work experience in financial service sector (reconciliation experience is a solid advantage)
  • Analytical thinking when dealing with problems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Data-driven, experienced in problem-solving and proactively searching for the solution with a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Ability to take ownership and show initiative to solve any issues throughout the process
  • Fluent English, speaking, writing, and understanding

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
