Your new team is an important part of the liquidity value chain, which is arguably one of the most interesting subjects in banking.
We are looking for a Senior Operations Officer in Nostro and Securities Reconciliation team who would be responsible for reconciliation data flow control focusing on the efficiency, high-quality of the services and collaboration with stakeholders, continuous process improvements.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Ensure that all daily tasks are performed according to SLA agreements
- Act as the point of escalation on reconciliations inquiries, breaks investigations
- Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive innovation, re-engineer reconciliations process to achieve process standardization and improvement in controls
- Drive reconciliations automation to reduce risks & increase efficiency
- Participate in various project and initiatives within the value chain
About you:
- Higher education (within Finance area would be an advantage)
- Work experience in financial service sector (reconciliation experience is a solid advantage)
- Analytical thinking when dealing with problems
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Data-driven, experienced in problem-solving and proactively searching for the solution with a continuous improvement mind-set
- Ability to take ownership and show initiative to solve any issues throughout the process
- Fluent English, speaking, writing, and understanding
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
