Responsibilities:

  • Produce defined services with high quality and efficiency in accordance to SLA across functional areas
  • Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
  • Solve independently typical cases and daily issues of mid to difficult level of complexity
  • Share knowledge with colleagues, train newcomers
  • Contribute to improvement of work processes by proposing changes and participating in activities to support
    and advise internal stakeholders
  • Assist other teams in troubleshooting/resolving tasks
  • Executing others important function related with unit's activities according to requests, bank’s requirements etc.
  • Open/close customer’s accounts, change data information, create additional customer’s products according to customer's or bank's requests
  • Process special conditions of customers’ administration (setup and refund);
  • Collect and provide data for 3rd parties (judicial authorities, police and state institutions) and customers according requests
  • Process e-arrest system administration requirements
  • Solve and reply to questions about bank products according to bank rules


Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of bank products, processes and IT systems within functional area
  • Customer service, orientation, time management skills
  • Teamwork, communication, collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Higher degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT, Management (preferable)
  • Professional English and Lithuanian language skills
  • Professional MS Office skills
