IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Be responsible for Bonduelle´s business and partnership with key Horeca customers
  • Grow the company‘s portfolio in turnover and profitability by developing top key accounts and Horeca channels
  • Manage pricing and assortment negotiations, promotional programs
  • Analyze market trends and competitive environment
  • Execute company’s business strategy to deliver on sales, profit and operational targets
  • Collaborate broadly with the local team and international colleagues
  • Inspire learning and achievement towards the distributor external sales field force

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3 years of sales and/or business management experience within the FMCG industry or lifestyle goods, making you commercially savvy and a strong executor
  • Experience with implementing sales budgets, trade marketing plans and sales forecasts 
  • Knowledge how to collaborate with external partners to create market-leading joint plans
  • Culinary expertise and/or food culture understanding is an advantage
  • Driving license – you will get company’s car and will travel 50–70 days a year mainly in LV and EE 
  • Being an advanced user of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English (Russian is an advantage)
