Duties
The incumbent serves as a sole FMO Clerk in the Financial Management Office (FMO), acting as Designated Billing Office (DBO) representative, receiving all invoices, reviewing them for correctness, dealing with the vendor, recording and tracking the invoice at each moment, preparing, scanning package for payment and uploading documentation into software programs (ILMS/ARIBA), etc. Also deals with the Post Support Unit (PSU) on all inquiries, uploads copy of paid voucher into the ILMS, and makes copies of all paid vouchers for VAT reimbursement purpose. Provides back-up to the Class B Cashier and reports to the Financial Specialist in the FMO.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements: EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of administrative or fiscal work experience is required
Education Requirements: Two years of College or technical school studies is required.
Evaluations: LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge of English and Lithuanian are required. This may be teste

Agency Benefits: Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in Vilnius, Lithuania may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
