• Must have leadership experience in managing the Finance functions
• Experience as leading in the financial role of fast-growing companies within FinTech and/or Financial regulated businesses;
• A minimum of a BS and a CPA, CFA, or CFO experience at the Series C/B/D Growth Startups, or Growth Stage VC investment experience.
• Should have significant experience in senior stakeholder management and team management
• Must have good interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders
• Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to strategize and strong problem-solving skills

Being a part of a С-level management team, CFO is responsible for operations in all finance functions including accounting, FP&A, fundraising, risk management, tax, transfer-pricing and treasury.


• Serving as a pivotal member of the senior management team responsible for the formulation of the overall organizational strategy and short term / long term business plans for all business lines
• Support decision making by providing timely inputs on strategic matters relating to finance, compliance and taxation areas& maintain strong investor relations
• Overseeing financial reporting, controls, coordinating audits (internal & external) and regulatory compliance
• Leading the budgeting, MIS, treasury, accounts & FP&A teams for the entire business
• Strengthen the finance & accounts team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business
• Conduct due diligence and full analysis of select new business opportunities, and share recommendations to the CEO, Leadership team and Board of Directors;
• Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, regulators, etc. Cultivate relationships that result in sourcing new equity and debt capital opportunities;
• Prepare monthly Board and Shareholders financial and business reports and updates;
