We are looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Executive, a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of capturing the new clients and developing new territory. As the Sales Executive, you will own driving new business and managing key activities through four primary stakeholders: 

• Identify new prospects who can benefit from end-to-end custom software engineering and consulting services, driving meetings to clarify client needs and close new logos.
• Partner with Coherent Solutions’ Inside Sales group to drive sales campaigns and the Technical Solution Services (TSS) team to co-create and propose custom digital solutions meeting identified needs.
• Involve Coherent Solutions Executives in more strategic sales process when required to capture new business.
• Leverage technology and referral partners to leverage specific industry vertical expertise.

We expect you

• have proven ability to sell digital product engineering and consulting services into new enterprise accounts.
• have understanding of services sales - selling the lifecycle of concept to concrete digital solutions.
• own a reputation for high integrity, strong partnership ethic and enthusiastic client references as proof.
• can demonstrate relational ethic and desire to build and maintain enduring colleague/client connections.
• are a self-starter with proven success selling complex custom digital solutions, digital strategy, user experience and software engineering services.
• are able and comfortable communicating to and negotiating with seasoned decision makers.
• have a proven quota attainment track record for selling consulting services and digital expertise.
• have 7+ years’ experience of selling enterprise professional services. Technical delivery experience may be credited toward sales tenure if these experiences are relevant to custom software development.
• have a proven earnings track record for closing enterprise-scale transactions.
• can demonstrate the desire and acumen to run your own territory as a business.
• have a desire to open new territory and drive business in select states and geography.
• have experience growing revenue and margin in a technical sales role.
• have a background in complex solution, technical or consulting services sales.
• have experience writing and driving RFP responses, proposal documents and/or Statements of Work.
• are aware of custom digital software development and Agile/iterative delivery methodologies a plus.
