Ensuring accurate purchase and sales invoices processing and recording into the accounting system;
Ensuring timely bank reports recording into the accounting system and bank balance reporting;
Executing month closing task such as recording accrued and deferred expenses, travelling expenses, tangible assets, inventory etc;
Reconciling outstanding balances with vendors and other stakeholders;
Preparing the reports to auditors, tax and statistics authorities;
Maintaining payment schedules and cost dimension registration in accounting system;
Executing other accounting tasks.

2 or more years’ experience in accounting;
Good MS Office skills (particularly with MS Excel);
Basic English skills: both writing and speaking;
Experience in working with accounting software Rivile and knowledge of taxation is considered as an advantage.
