As an Specialist in Securities Middle Office team, you will support Custodian Billing, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.
Daily, you will keep in close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and the largest counterparties across the world. You will maintain process quality and continuously look for ways to improve our daily processes.

We are looking for a team player who is keen on efficiently handling many different tasks within an exciting mix of workstreams and will, with attention to detail, deliver high quality on time, coupled with a desire to continuously improve processes, systems, and automation.

You will:

  • Handle/process invoices of Securities Lending products, ensuring timely delivery and communication with other banks and Front Office
  • Handle/process invoices issued by Custody Banks, ensuring the correct distribution of charges, payments, data collection, and reporting
  • Analyse Legal agreements for Collateral products and ensuring correctness in their registrations at Bank‘s internal systems
  • Take care of other Back office tasks including monitoring, controlling and reporting breaks, mismatches in Bank‘s internal systems
  • Closely collaborate within other teams in the bank
  • Direct daily communication with a wide range of international stakeholders within the bank as well as external parties globally, ensuring quality service delivery
  • Proactively manage risk with a focus on continuous improvement/automatization of our processes and the service we provide to our clients

About you:

  • 1+ year work experience in back office (reconciliation and/or finance area would be an advantage)
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets and banking operations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic area and process large volumes of tasks within tight deadlines across different work streams
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn continuously
  • Higher education
  • Good organizational skills and ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with certain level of unknown
  • Team-player with a positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
  • Capacity to organise work, prioritising urgent tasks

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
