Job description
- Finding ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Mediating and resolving employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Identifying training needs and creating or procuring a professional development curriculum.
- Monitoring training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
- Consulting team managers to discuss people challenges, growth and development.
- Improving HR processes.
Requirements
Your personality:
- Can - do spirit and willingness to initiate and make changes.
- Willingness to learn.
- Analytical mindset.
- Capability to train and advice our managers.
- Sees the big picture and contributes outside your area of responsibility.
Your experience:
- 1+ year of experience in HR area.
- Management consulting skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience from working in an international environment.
- Project Management skills would be considered as a plus.
- Labor Law Knowledge Skills would be also considered as a plus.
