Do you want to join us being a part of and driving our transformation supporting the preventing of financial crime?
Danske Bank has made good progress in the implementation of our financial crime remediation, which is a large, complex, and multi-year enhancement program. Given this progress, the bank continues to drive towards a higher level of maturity and longer-term optimization of our systems, processes, and organization to meet the needs of the Bank and our customers in the future.
In addition to uplifting our financial crime prevention controls and processes, the various threads must be tackled holistically as a single financial crime ecosystem in order to drive consistency, cohesion, and the most robust risk management.
We are a young team of 30 professionals primarily with a background in project management, optimization, and consulting and covering many nationalities. Daily, we work in task forces helping each other to drive and facilitate a part of our overall change agenda.
As our new change consultant, you join a task force and help bring structure to different projects and progress the change agenda within the 1LOD Financial Crime uplift program.

You will:
- Drive the projects or participate using your structure, people skills, and analytic skills to deliver change from start to finish
- Bring ideas, structure, and problem-solving skills to facilitate our change agenda
- Identify and interact with all relevant stakeholders, weighing different needs to ensure effective design & implementation of change
About you:
- 3+ years of experience from change projects in an in-house development organization or a management consulting firm is considered a plus
- Experienced in driving or participating in projects or eagerness to learn the trade of project management
- Possess an analytical mindset being able to break down complex problems and find the right solutions
- You hold excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a structured manner
- You can exercise judgment to balance competing demands and potential solutions to challenges
- Get-things-done profile, eager to learn, and always finding a way around obstacles
- You like to work with people and navigate a network of many stakeholders, building relations and facilitating a common direction to deliver change
- Relevant university education
- Fluent in English
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
