Job summary:

In the EMEA digital team, you will play a key part in analysing our digital customer experiences, whether across our web platforms (over 40 individual digital properties that all generate user data) to all our digital interactions such as email journeys, and online subscription analysis.

We are looking to build a clear picture of all customer behaviour on our websites with the ambition to continuously improve customer experiences. We need to better understand how customers are reaching our web platforms, what activities they are completing on arrival, and content that needs to be improved to be more impactful. Your analysis of online digital activity will generate clear business recommendations on improvements that need to be made to our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We need a champion in analytics, you will drive marketing decisions across the business, utilising key models and analytic tools available. With this we expect you to influence operational decision-making, using insights.
  • Be the Google Analytics champion: part of the team that drives forward a customer first buying experience, proactively monitoring the performance of the website, identifying trends, pain-points within the customer journey and making recommendations to improve UX.
  • Managing all EMEA website analytics and reporting, using Google Analytics and social and email marketing data to provide timely, actionable user insight to drive product/content development and improve audience engagement with all products and programmes.
  • Responsible for identifying and recommending tactical and strategic online initiatives to improve site conversion, customer experience and promote cross sales.
  • Deliver regular reporting on the market in agreed and consistent formats to give channel owners, marketing managers and the department heads regular visibility of performance.
  • Carry out online customer journey reviews to determine and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate and analyse trends data & trends to identify improvements to increase online performance.

About you:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with experience in digital analytics and reporting. Demonstrable skills working with large data sets & databases.
  • The ability to interpret and report on data, identify trends and areas of customer experience improvement for product and project leaders.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Analytics certifications a plus), Tag Manager, as well as social media and email marketing data analysis.
  • Experience with website A/B testing and using tools such as Google Optimize
    Knowledge and experience of using data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama, Salesforce reporting.
  • A keen interest in the online environment, understanding first-class digital customer journeys and experiences.
