Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Omnisend has ambitious goals for 2022 and we need someone to help grow our team both in Lithuania and US. This role is all about finding the best talents, maintaining our culture, and running an efficient hiring process. You will support your TA colleagues with candidate sourcing for a variety of roles and different seniority levels and for certain positions you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

What will you do @Omnisend:

• Assemble, review, and post job descriptions for open roles;
• Manage recruiting process for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, and closing;
• Attract top talent via networking, social promotions and other innovative approaches;
• Participate in improving our recruitment strategy and processes within our organization;
• Ensure candidates are given an exceptional experience.

We expect that you'll bring:

• Experience in sourcing/ recruitment, at least 1 year;
• Experience in IT recruitment would be an advantage;
• Fluency in English, both oral and written;
• Proactivity and motivation to work in recruitment field;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
