This role is all about finding the best talents, maintaining our culture, and running an efficient hiring process. You will support your TA colleagues with candidate sourcing for a variety of roles and different seniority levels and for certain positions you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

Additional information

What will you do @Omnisend:

  • Assemble, review, and post job descriptions for open roles;
  • Manage recruiting process for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, and closing;
  • Attract top talent via networking, social promotions and other innovative approaches;
  • Participate in improving our recruitment strategy and processes within our organization;
  • Ensure candidates are given an exceptional experience.

We expect that you'll bring:

  • Experience in sourcing/ recruitment, at least 1 year;
  • Experience in IT recruitment would be an advantage;
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written;
  • Proactivity and motivation to work in recruitment field;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
