Requirements for candidates
• Solid understanding of the payment‘s infrastructure
• Experience of payments processing, investigations and fraud prevention
• Quality orientation, accuracy and attention to details
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022
• Responsibility for reaching own and the team’s objectives
• Experience in a similar payments position
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Experience working with CENTROlink – an advantage
• Experience in working with PLAIS system – an advantage
Job description
• Performing daily payments operations: supervision of all payments‘ flow and required approvals, dealing with rejections and declined transactions
• Processing and investigating of transaction errors
• Performing daily/weekly/monthly Nostro accounts reconciliations
• Communicating regarding customers‘ payments with the different payments’ providers and related 3rd parties
• Ensuring payment related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and if needed escalated
• Investigating of transactions inquiries
• Recalling or amending payments if requested
• Providing data on payments KPIs
• Producing payments reports
• Analyzing reports and trends to constantly improve payments operation
• Interacting and communicating with other units to ensure smooth and effective operation
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
• Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of payment products and infrastructure
