We are looking for a Learning Consultant to join Transaction Monitoring Continuous Development Unit, a part of the Financial Crime Prevention department. You will have to prepare, implement and develop work-related educational programs. Your responsibilities will include identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional material, and organizing learning activities. Moreover, as a Learning Consultant you will be responsible for training new hires, as well as ongoing training for employees.

*Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Participate in on-boarding and on-going program development
  • Implement training and provide feedback for new hires to ensure the effectiveness of employee on-boarding program
  • Communicate with trainees manager and various departments to ensure a better on-boarding experience
  • Deliver training to existing employees regarding procedural changes within the related function
  • Develop, review and modify training content and material, constantly recognize and calibrate procedure changes and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders in determining additional training and documentation needs

About you:

  • You bring 1+ years of experience in teaching/consulting preferably in the financial field
  • You have previous experience in Transaction monitoring and/or AML area
  • You are a good communicator and comfortable at facilitating training and motivating others
  • You are proactive and have professional communication, teamwork, and analytical, skills
  • You have stakeholder managements skills
  • You are willing to actively take ownership and take the lead to drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and would like to practice it further on a day to day basis
  • You have good skills in providing feedback and attention to details
  • You like to work in a high pace environment
  • You have higher education preferably in finance, business management, communications or similar area
  • You are a fast learner, result-oriented, and willing to collaborate in the team

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
