THE ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

Strategize improvement of company‘s internal processes
Lead internal projects such as new clients‘ onboarding
Collaborate with outside clients and be the bridge across all departments
Unite development team for a common goal
Solve service delivery issues
Manage Solution Delivery team and budget
Identify and define the need for human resources in the department

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English and Lithuanian, spoken and written
People skills – like communication to different team and project members, stakeholders
Proven track record of strategical initiatives in a company
Ability to see things on a greater scale and in connection to other processes in the company
Experience leading a department and managing the budget is a huge plus
Skill to sell changes and standards to all stakeholders
Proactivity, enthusiasm in developing standards, strategic thinking, and ownership mindset – your strongest values
