THE ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
- Strategize improvement of company‘s internal processes
- Lead internal projects such as new clients‘ onboarding
- Collaborate with outside clients and be the bridge across all departments
- Unite development team for a common goal
- Solve service delivery issues
- Manage Solution Delivery team and budget
- Identify and define the need for human resources in the department

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English and Lithuanian, spoken and written
- People skills – like communication to different team and project members, stakeholders
- Proven track record of strategical initiatives in a company
- Ability to see things on a greater scale and in connection to other processes in the company
- Experience leading a department and managing the budget is a huge plus
- Skill to sell changes and standards to all stakeholders
- Proactivity, enthusiasm in developing standards, strategic thinking, and ownership mindset – your strongest values
