As an Operations Officer, you will be a part of the Manual Payments and Enquiries team within the Large Corporates & Institutions area. Our team provides back office services for private and corporate customers in Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian markets. There are various tasks within the team related to payments and inquiries requests from simple to complex ones. We are looking for a person who will be focused on team goals, close collaboration with our stakeholders in a global environment and deliver high quality service on a daily basis.

Please note that in addition you will get a Danish language allowance, which depends on your Danish language knowledge level and job requirements.

You will:

  • Handle various payments requests
  • Deal with requests received from Scandinavian colleagues
  • Take responsibility to maintain high quality services for our customers
  • Investigate unusual situations related to payments
  • Participate in daily communication with our stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement (lean, robotics, automatization)
  • Manage workflow according to established deadlines

About you:

  • Danish language skills would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in banking or operation center
  • Strong focus on teamwork
  • Fluent English, speaking, writing and understanding
  • You are focused on high quality and accuracy
  • Customer focus with a “can-do” mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain an overview in unusual situations
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
