Job information
Participate in the Internal Sales Department, together with your team take responsibility of the daily communication and processing of orders from customers. Also supporting external sales and doing proactive activities to support the sales of Dokka Fasteners.
- Enter orders from customers into our ERP system.
- Follow-up on deliveries to customers.
- Follow-up on delivery times for production goods and purchased goods.
- Inventory and price inquiries.
- Data extraction and processing.
- Various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferable in Logistics, Business administration, or similar).
- Proficiency in English.
- Customer Service/Administration Experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Quick-learning, highly analytical, and ambitious work style.
- Critical mindset and attention to details.
- Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian language skills (it is nice to have).
