Avia solutions group partner company IOCC is searching for a Flight Documentation Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining of Flight Operations related documents, records, databases, and statistics
• Post-flight documents, records, and post-flight data analysis, and management
• Filling a post-flight data to company databases
• Checking that all documents received from each flight are completed and that all required data is entered by crew members
• Retrieving and reporting missing data and documents to relevant departments
• Manage noticed drawbacks to OCC Manager and NPH flight operations
• Follow up applicable regulatory requirements
• Analyzing and proposing suggestions for company documents and records maintenance improvement
• Performing other related duties required to meet company operational needs.

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• A minimum educational level – secondary school
• Fluent spoken and written English skills (not less than B1 or ICAO English Level 4)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills

 

WOULD BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:

• Previous experience in aviation
