With offices in 5 countries, our HQ is in Vilnius, Lithuania and we operate around the world, serving 42+ markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-cycle recruiting - responsible for the entire recruiting process for the national and global positions to be managed;
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture, and values;
- Focusing on providing a fantastic candidate experience;
- Hiring for business and IT roles in HQ and other around the globe countries;
- Assist with preparation of offer letters;
- Assist with new hire onboarding;
- Participate in team projects to further improve and develop the talent acquisition processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment;
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding);
- Experience using recruitment tools and social media for recruiting;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
